The Strip Shot Blast Machine are used for descaling of carbon steels, stainless steels ranging from 350 to 1800 mm width, shotblasting speed : 2 meter to 15 meter/min or more. Eliminates pickling, surface is completely free of scale, Strip Shot Blasting Machine can be installed in individual or inline process. Operation is simple require minimum labour.

The Machines are available in various sizes and special to suit your requirements:

Strip Width - 450 mm. Line Speed upto 20 meters / minute
Strip Width - 1000 mm. Line Speed upto 20 meters / minute
Strip Width - 1200 mm. Line Speed upto 15 meters / minute
Strip Width - 1800 mm. Line Speed upto 10 meters / minute

Strip Shot Cleaning Machines Process

Shot blasting carbon & stainless steel strip as illustrated as above, sized 350 to 1800 mm width are shot blasted at 2 to 15 meter per minute. Shot blasting has much advantage compare to pickling. Shot blasting removes scale completely does not remove virgin metal, operation is simple requires minimum of labour and space. The floor area taken by shot blasting installation is much less than acid pickling area. No effluent disposal problem, the operation is cleaned and cost is very low.
